How to return a book:

If you purchased a new book online from the Feather Rock Books, Inc. website, you may return it by following these instructions:

1. Return the book to us in its original condition within 30 days of shipment.

2. Include the packing slip (or copy) containing your order number.

3. Mail the book in its original shipping carton to:

The following items are not refundable:

1. Autographed books

2. Large orders of 25 books or more

3. Book orders linked to donations

4. Shipping & handling charges

5. Used or damaged books
