Please read this statement carefully as it collectively
represents the “Terms of Use Agreement” for Feather
Rock Books, Inc.'s (“Feather Rock Books”, “we” “our” or
“us”) websites (the “Site”), which you must agree to and
accept if you decide to use this website or any of our other
websites, and Feather Rock
Books' “Privacy Policy,” which explains how your
personal information will be handled. If you do not agree
to and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then you
must immediately stop using this website and our other
websites.
Information You Volunteer
When you visit our Site or contact us via e-mail, we may
keep the information that you volunteer to us. Such
information may include your name, address, phone number and email
address.
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of
children. We do not knowingly collect any personally
identifiable information from children under the age of
thirteen years. This Site is directed to adults at least
eighteen years old, and when a user discloses personal
information on this Site, the user is representing to us

request that the information about yourself be altered or

Comments You Volunteer
When you volunteer comments to us about the books we
publish, intend to publish or about our business, you grant
Feather Rock Books an irrevocable, perpetual and
royalty-free license to copy and publish your comments at
our discretion in any media or form now known or hereafter
developed. This is an example of how we might publish your
comments for public display - “We were looking for a book
like this. It has helped our child cope with …” from
Beth in Washington. When publicly displaying your comments,
we will not include your full name, complete mailing address
or e-mail address without your written permission.
In the normal course of business, your comments and
questions may be reviewed by the management of Feather Rock
Books and by those who are directly involved in the
production, writing, illustration and/or editing of our
books. We reserve the right to share your full name,
complete mailing address and e-mail with these people if
management believes it is appropriate and/or if necessary to
respond to you.

We do not collect “Cookie” information when you visit our
website. The practices of our web hosting service
